 In teams of 2 complete the following in any order

  1. medball sit up toss to partner 50 reps each (medball thrown from chest not overhead) 
  2. sledgehammer slams 50 reps each 
  3. sandbag zercher squat+weight vest on sandbag 50 reps each
  4. battle rope hip toss 50 reps each (see video below
