Skill Week: Double-unders

Partner WOD:

In teams of two, with both partners working at a time complete as many rounds as possible of “Cindy” in the time it takes your team to run 3 miles.  You can partition the runs in any distance you prefer.  800m, 400, 200m etc.


Partner A runs 800m while Partner B is doing 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats.  Then Partner B goes for an 800m run and Partner A is no working on “Cindy.”  This team now was 2 miles left to run.
