Batter up – tumble
Lunge to 1st base – 10 Squats at 1st base
Bear Crawl to 2nd base – 10 Push-ups at 2nd base
Crab Walk to 3rd base – 10 V-ups at 3rd base
Broad Jump to home plate to score a run.
Bases will be marked out around the gym. Player on deck can start(tumble) after lead off finishes all squats at 1st base. The goal is to score as many runs as possible in 20 minutes. If the class is large enough, there will be two teams going head to head on different “fields” (rooms).
