even minute 2 rds “Bear  Complex” (135/95)

                               Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press 

After 1st Push press have the bar come to the rear rack position ready for your Back squat. 

The push press can also be a push jerk athletes choice. 

Bar does not hit the ground till all 5 movements are completed
