WOD:

3 Rounds of – 

1 minute Double unders

30 seconds rest

1 minute of Pull-ups

30 seconds rest

1 minute of sit-ups

30 seconds rest

1 minute of Squat jump and tuck

30 seconds rest

1 minute of Wall ball chest pass (use your height to judge how far to stand away from the wall.  6′ tall = 6′ away from wall)

No rest between rounds.  Score will be your total reps.
