Friday, August 31st – 7am, 12pm and 6pm classes
Saturday, September 1st – 10am regular class, 11am Free Trial Class
Sunday and Monday – Closed for Labor Day

Tuesday, September 3rd – We will start following our posted schedule

Tomorrow we will be running a few classes for those of you that have already taken some form of foundations before.  Come to our 7am, 12pm or 6pm class.  Be aware that our showers are not operational so you won’t be able to shower here for now.
