For time -
Clean*, 0.75 x bodyweight
Bench Press**, bodyweight
Deadlift, 1.5 x bodyweight
*Use dumbbells if there is a bar shortage.
**Sub weighted push-ups, dips, ring push-ups,, floor press etc for bench press.
