Strength:

Warm-up each lift to the weight you will use for the WOD.

WOD:

For time - 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of

Clean*, 0.75 x bodyweight

Bench Press**, bodyweight

Deadlift, 1.5 x bodyweight

*Use dumbbells if there is a bar shortage.

**Sub weighted push-ups, dips, ring push-ups,, floor press etc for bench press.
