7 Wall Burpees 20/14

7 Wallball Sit-ups

7 Jumping Lunges (each leg)

*For Wall Burpees, you will face away from the wall, place your hands on the floor, kick your feet up to the wall, place your feet back on the ground and stand up.  There is no push-up for wall burpees.
