THE LONGEST TIME IT TAKES SOMEONE TO COMPLETE ALL FOUR 20 CALORIE ROWS WILL DETERMINE THE LENGTH OF TIME THE CLASS HAS TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING AMRAP THREE TIMES WITH ONE MNUTE REST IN-BETWEEN:
