100 Double Unders (S = 40s of DU Attempts each, Single Unders)
75 Calorie Row
50 Alt. DB Snatch (Rx = 50/35, S = 40/25, 30/20, 25/15) (10 each)
-One athlete works at a time. Split as needed.

Rowing = 400 Meter Run or 24/18 Calorie Bike

C) Recovery:
