  CFM representing the Hot Chocolate 5K yesterday.  Great job guys!

Both partners must finish each task before moving to the next.

1. 20 burpees over planked partner

2. 30 medball chest passes from prone position, partner rolls ball back

3. 40 single leg partner throw downs (alternate each rep)

4.  30 shoulder touches each side, partner holds feet in farmers carry

5. 10 partner sled pushes
