Run 1 Mile

100 Overhead Squats (Rx = 75/55, S = 65/35, 55/25, 45/25)

Run 800 Meters

100 Power Snatches 

Run 600 Meters

One person works at a time. Split work however desired.

*Runs can be divided however athletes prefer & 1k Row each set can be subbed if needed.
