In teams of two, with one athlete working at a time, complete the following in any order:

30 MIN AMRAP:

100 DOUBLE UNDERS (X3 FOR SINGLES)

10 CLEANS (135/95)

20 BURPEES OVER BAR

30 POWER CLEANS

40 BOX JUMP OVERS (24/20)

50 DEADLIFTS

60 WALL BALL SHOTS (20/14)

* Work can be divided however the athletes choose, but all reps of of the given lift/movement MUST be completed before moving on to the next.
