With a parter complete the following tasks - 

10 Rope Climbs - Your partner can only climb the rope while you are holding the top of a deadlift.

2K Row- Your partner can only row while you are holding a plank.

50 T2B - Your partner can only perform T2B while you are holding a wall sit.

15 Sled Push Trips - Your partner can only push the sled while you are doing jumping jacks.
