Partner WOD

WOD:

Each team will perform a 12 minute AMRAP at stations A and B in any order.  There is a 3 minute rest between stations.

Station A:

Partner 1 rows 150 Meters

Partner 2 holds plank position

Station B:

Ascending KB Ladder. 1 partner works at a time.  You will increase 2 reps each round starting at 2. 2-4-6-8-10 etc of
