WOD:

While Partner A. does walking lunges across the gym and back (long ways), Partner B will be doing push-ups. Switch and repeat for 7 minutes.

Rest 1 minute.

While Partner A. does burpee broad jumps across the gym and back, Partner B will be doing hollow body rocks. Switch and repeat for 7 minutes.

Rest 1 minute.

While Partner A. does reverse walking lunges across the gym and back, Partner B will be doing squats. Switch and repeat for 7 minutes.

Rest 1 minute.

While Partner A. does broad jumps across the gym and back, Partner B will be planking. Switch and repeat for 7 minutes.
