OVERHEAD SQUAT

On Thursday February 23 at 8:00 p.m. EST, CrossFit Games Director, Dave Castro, will make the announcement for the first CrossFit Games Open workout (17.1). You can watch the announcement live at games.crossfit.com. Again, we will be doing all of the Open workouts as a box on the Saturday following each announcement. If you have not done so already, please register at games.crossfit.com
