In teams of 2-3 finish the following work load. Partners can work at the same time but ONLY on the same WOD. i.e. for "Griff" partners can run at the same time but one person cannot be doing "Griff" while the other partner is doing "JT."

For Time -

Run 800 meters

Run 400 meters backwards

Run 800 meters

Run 400 meters backwards

Handstand push-ups

Ring dips

Push-ups

Five rounds of:

50 Double unders

35 Knees to elbows

185 pound Overhead walk, 20 yards
