Beginning the week of 10/15/12 (tomorrow) the Town of Oyster Bay will be fixing Brooklyn Ave complete from Hicksville Road to the intersection of Riverside.  We suggest you turn down New York Ave from Hicksville Rd and then turn down Forrest Ave to get to us.

Death by Ring Row

With a running clock perform 1 ring row (feet elevated) at minute 1.  Perform 2 ring rows at minute 2, 3 rows at minute 3 and so on.  Once you cannot complete the appropriate amount of ring rows for that minute the work out is over.
