  3. Iron cross progressions


3 rounds  of 40 sec on 20 sec off 1 min rest between rounds

  1. med ball cleans
  2. medball halo counterclockwise
  3. one arm/one leg plank (alternate as needed)
  4. double unders
  5. handstand pushups
  6. medball halo clockwise
