50 Ring Push-ups

50 Band pull-downs blue/red

50 Tuck Jumps

50 Straight arm band twists (25 each way)

50 Front plank knee 2 elbow (25 each arm)

50 Burpees

*For band pull downs, kneel on the ground and pull the band down while contracting your core.
