A) Strength:

1) 15-20:00 to find a 2RM Box Font Squat
- Rest 2:00 between heavier sets
- Beginners (5 x 5) adding weight if form permits.

2) Review Metcon Movements x 5-10 reps each.

B) WOD:

4 RFT: (20:00 Cap, includes rest)

20 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunges (53s/35s)
20 Band Resisted Russian KBS (53/35)
20 DB Serrates Crunches (Athlete choice of DBs)

*Rest 2:00 after each completed round. Scale loading as needed.
