Back Squat

Strength:

Back squat 4-4-4-4-4.  You should be starting at approximately 85% of your max and working progressively heavier each set.

 

WOD:

5 rounds of:

10 Deadlift 

10 RDL

10 Hang power clean

10 Front Squat

10 Push press

All work is done with same barbell.  RX is 95M, 65W.  You are allowed to put bar down between rounds.  Bar is not allowed to leave hands during rounds.  For every time you drop the bar during a round, there is a 5 burpee penalty.
