20 minutes to find new 1 rep maximum Back Squat
Partner squats. 135/95
Work down from 10 reps. Both partners start with bar on back. Partner 1 does 10 squats while partner 2 waits. When partner 1 finishes 10, partner 2 does 10, all the way down to 1. If either bar touches the floor, each partner owes 10 burpees for each touch.
